Tekla Structures software is a building information modeling (BIM), which allows you to create accurate, detailed, and convenient for constructing 3D models from any material and any level of complexity and to manage them. Models Tekla Structures can be used throughout the construction process from sketches to production, installation and management of construction works.
Tekla Structures can be used with other existing applications, or separately as a platform for developing their own business processes. Open platform supports interoperability and standardization. Tekla Structures fits with the various systems through Tekla Open API through the applications programming interface, which is implemented using Microsoft.NET. For example, Tekla Structures supports the following standard formats: IFC, CIS / 2, SDNF and DSTV. Tekla Structures endorses own formats, such as DWG, DXF and DGN.
