TROUBLESHOOTING:
1) If you’ve forgotten your password, enter the master key that you get after purchasing the full version in the password field to access your files. The master key works on your computer only, therefore no need to worry about hackers trying to open the locker folder without your permission (password). Therefore we suggest you register your copy now!
2) If in an error, you come up with an empty locker folder even if it contained files, then move this empty locker to another location or delete it, then enter your password and your files will come back. Email us at support@newsoftwares.net for more details.
3) If the master key option is disabled, you’ll not be able to access your files using master key. Then only your password will work.
UNINSTALLER:
To uninstall the program, run it, enter the correct password, click the options button and select Uninstall. Please note that deleting Folder Lock manually or moving any files may cause severe problems. Also note that the program does not delete your locker folder, therefore your files are safely residing in the program folder of Folder Lock after uninstall.
